Returns Policy

Exchanges/Store Credit: Please note our only form of returns at this time is exchanges/store credits, we do NOT offer refunds. You have 14 days to request an exchange for a store credit. To be eligible all items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags/the original hygiene sticker and in its original packaging. Please be careful when trying on your pieces once you receive them, as we will NOT accept the exchange of pieces that have torn hygiene stickers, missing tags or used/damaged items. You’ll also need the receipt/proof of purchase and order number. Please note we do NOT issue any exchanges, store credits or refunds for any sale, discounted items or gift cards.

To start an exchange, please contact us at juniperandthebloom@outlook.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Please also note exchanges can only be made one time per order so please be careful when choosing your new sizing.

Please note all exchange items will need to be sent to: Unit 2/9 Waltham Street, Coogee 2034 NSW Australia. We do not cover the shipping costs and fees for exchanges and the original shipping costs are non refundable. We strongly recommend that you use tracking for your exchanges. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged.

Faulty/Damaged Items: If you have received an order with faulty or damaged goods, please contact us at juniperandthebloom@outlook.com as soon as possible. We may request photographic evidence and/or some other details regarding the faulty or damaged item. We reserve the right to determine a genuine fault or damage to an item. If an item is deemed faulty we will cover all return costs and you will receive a full refund (original shipping fees inclusive).

Cancellation of Order: Please carefully check that your order (including delivery address) is accurate before you submit it. We have a strict no cancellation policy. No cancellations or changes will be accepted.
